Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time but hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. There is no flat shipping rate. Your exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Processing & Delivery Times Your first Mama Bear Box ships within 2–3 business days of placing your order. Each following box ships every two months, perfectly timed to align with your pregnancy journey. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your box is on its way.
Subscription Shipping Schedule
- Box 1 — Ships within 2–3 business days of ordering
- Box 2 — Ships 2 months after Box 1
- Box 3 — Ships 2 months after Box 2
- Box 4 — Ships 2 months after Box 3
Delivery Issues If your box is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit please contact us at support@themamabearbox.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. Your satisfaction means everything to us!
Address Changes Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing your order please contact us as soon as possible at support@themamabearbox.com before your next box ships.
